We have just celebrated the Mental Health Awareness month in May. Mental health is one of the trending topics these days. Our lifestyle, our way of looking at things, has undergone many changes. Due to which we get upset, disturbed. We want to be strong, maintain positive mental health but the outer factors over-power our inner strength.  In such circumstances, it is crucial to seek professional help and guidance. Today, at Baton Baton Mein, I have Priyanka Joshi- author of “Ardhaviram”, mental health blogger, and NLP and Mindfulness Practitioner. Her blog is also among the top 15 Mental Health Blogs in the world. Her podcast goes by the name ‘Mental health first’ Podcast.

I am fortunate to know Priyanka through the blogging world. I have seen her journey and her dedication towards giving her best.  But this interview gave me a chance to know Priyanka closely. During our conversation, Priyanka Joshi shared a few critical phases/turning points of her life and her thoughts on mental health. She also shared her views about kid’s mental health.
