Please welcome Rekha Diwekar – Ex- Chemistry professor and now Heritage Food Expert and a promoter of Kitchen Chemistry. She is the mother of Rujuta Diwekar, India’s leading nutrition and exercise science expert. 

And along with her, we have Somya Gupta senior nutritionist at Team Rujuta Diwekar.

    I so much agree with her for traditional food and eating with hands.
    Koshimbir, gond laddo, all seasonal items she mentioned are my fav and I felt so relaxed after listening to her. Loved her marathi touch and yes angi lagne is must.
    It was nice to know somya’s journey as a nutritionist. Dadi Nani ki baate and ghee me too love a lot.
