Today, at Baton Baton Mein, I have Praggatti Rao – Mother of two, Director – Educoncepts India Initiative, a training & counseling solutions company. She is a counselor and an Educational Psychologist and guides students in making better choices in life.
She was among the first few people I approached when I started this interview series on Baton Baton Mein. I wanted to make the interview insightful for my listeners so I waited for almost a year to interview her. And I am delighted that this long wait is over.
How I met Praggatti Rao
I met her when I co-hosted a blog hop. Her expertise in her field was reflecting in her blog post. Apart from her depth of thoughts, her calm and balanced approach appealed to me a lot. During our first conversation, which took place over WhatsApp voice messages, I found her very passionate about her work. When you have not just one but multiple similar interests with someone, you don’t take time to open up. Correct? The same happened to me. I didn’t realize how our friendship bloomed, and today I address her as Didi (elder sister). She is elder to me, and whenever I talk to her, I feel like talking to my elder sister.
