Getting a good night’s sleep is what we all want to maintain our sanity and for smooth functioning throughout the day. Lack of sleep can result in a bad mood and affect our productivity, alertness, and concentration. Blessed are those who can catch sleep at any time and anywhere. But there are a few who encounter sleeping-related problems like light sleep or sometimes no sleep. Young adults and kids also face such issues. Recently, I got a chance to talk to Dr. Sudha Tallavajhula – the Neurology faculty at UT Medical School of Houston and sleep medicine specialist on Baton Baton Mein.
