Z: Zindagi Gulzaar Hai. The zeal that keeps our Zindagi going

Yeh Zindagi Gulzaar Hai, Yeh Ishq ka Daarbaar Hai. Kisi Ke Gham Ko Baantna, Hi Pyaar Hai…

How many of you have watched this serial? I watched it thrice. Yes. I liked the show so much, and the dialogues were outstanding that I couldn’t stop. I am ready to watch it for the fourth time as well, even if I know what’s going to happen in the next episode. The first time I watched it, Fawad Khan, but the second and third time, it was mainly for the dialogues. Zindagi gulzar hoti hai logon se, yadon se, lamhon se. Dusron ki khushiyon me shamil hone se aur unke gamon ko baatne se. Yeh hai Zindagi.

I can’t believe this will be my last and the concluding post of the #A2Z series. Are you feeling nostalgic? Do you remember, I have mentioned in N post about the nostalgia of senses? While writing today’s post, I am experiencing the same emotions. From tomorrow, there will not be any rush to draft the post, edit it, add a suitable image, link it up, and then start reading other blogs. This entire process was intense, hectic, challenging, but worth the time and effort. And I am genuinely going to miss it. I shared many beautiful moments. I got to read many fantastic writing pieces, got a chance to know a few bloggers personally. To me, being my first A2Z challenge, it was a fulfilling experience. So, what all this calls for? A happy ending post. Isn’t it?

Afterall we all crave a happy life or dear Zindagi. Looking at our current situation when we don’t know what is going to happen next, we all are taking one day at a time and trying to find positivity around us. The reason I picked “Dollar Nation – Are you ready to experience the west through my eyes?” was because I have been asked many questions regarding my life in the USA. So, I decided to throw some light on those questions through my posts. I hope you have enjoyed this series. Thank you for staying with me till end.

Whatever memories I have created in India have a significant share in the memories I am creating in the USA. Even if I am miles away from India, but India is always there in my heart.  After all, the definition of happiness remains the same no matters where you live. We all want our Zindagi to be Gulzaar. We want people around us; we want good company, we want love, affection, and support. And when we have a reliable support system, then we get the strength to face any pain. Living outside India has made me even more strong. With no elders in the house, and not the possibility to meet them frequently, sometimes it is hard to think, especially when their experience and presence means a lot. I am sure you must have faced many such occasions when you must have missed their presence. One such time was our House warming ceremony. We have gotten used to their absence during the festivals, but that was one such day when we badly wanted them here.

In this series, you read how I have created our small world here, where I am trying our best to maintain our culture. You became a part of my achievements and the small successes that I got here. I was fortunate to find the right people at the right time and was able to make a place for myself. Drafting these posts made me realize that unknowingly, we learn, absorb so much from our surroundings, and become a part of our personality. I want to say thanks to all my friends (bloggers and non-bloggers) for supporting me with this theme.

I hope if anyone of you come to the USA, then this series will be there with you. I hope you will remember what you read in these 26 posts, and it will help you in understanding the culture in a better way. And who knows someday, I will be reading your USA experiences in the A2Z challenge.

Talking about making a place of myself, I am sharing one of my podcast episodes “Pahachaan“. Do subscribe to my channel so that you will not miss any new episodes. From tomorrow, I will be back in action on my podcasting. So, stay tuned!!

That’s all for today. This post is a part of #BlogchatterA2Z. My theme is “Dollar Nation – Are You Ready To Experience the West Through My Eyes?”
