Now, new parents are totally clueless when their baby is crying hard for hours. It is scary for them. From my experience, I can pen down a few of the things that parents can do. I usually start with home remedies if I figure out that my baby is experiencing tummy ache.
- Holding your baby is one of the most effective treatments: That’s the first thing every parent do. Nothing can go wrong with holding your baby close to your chest. Try different positions if one doesn’t work.
- Placing a lukewarm water bottle on your baby’s tummy: Some babies like the feeling of the lukewarm bottle. Make sure that the water is not too hot. To be extra careful, wrap it in a towel.
- Gently rub your baby’s tummy in a clockwise direction: I have tried it and it works. Tummy Roll-Ons come as a handy and safe option. But when it comes to our kids, we need something safe. Ayurveda has proved to be the safest option whenever we talk about medicines.
