One thing that can steal anyone’s heart is the cute and innocent face of a new born. It’s hard to forget the first time we held our little one in our arms. That moment is ecstatic/delightful and special. Their soft and delicate touch is so special that we forget all the pains we have undergone during the birthing process. No wonders why we compare any soft touch with a baby’s skin. Motherhood is a wonderful journey but with that it also welcomes many challenges on the go. One of such challenges is taking care of their delicate skin. Babies in general, new born babies especially, are like delicate flowers which need proper nourishment and care. An infant is prone to any kind of rashes or skin complications. Even a slight negligence can convert into a big skin problem. So it is better to take care of baby’s skin regularly starting from early stages.
Regular Massaging: It is one of the oldest practices to oil massage your baby’s skin. It not only helps in proper blood circulation but it also helps in retaining the moisture. This is one of the bonding moments that any mother would like to enjoy with her new born.
Bathing time: Baby’s skin is very soft and delicate. Even too much of bathing may cause dryness. Babies need to be bathed with warm, not hot, water to stay clean. Water temperature, soap selection plays a major role. Mild soaps have to be used for giving them bath.
Laundry Detergent: Using soft detergent is as important as using soft fabric for your baby’s delicate skin. Harsh, scented detergent can cause rashes on their sensitive skin. Never mix adults and infants clothes while washing. If possible, let the cloths get enough sunlight instead of dryer. Try to hand wash your little one’s clothes if possible.
Mild moisturizer and cleanser: It’s important to keep baby’s skin moisturized. Even if massaging helps in maintaining the moisture but with weather change, baby’s skin tends to lose its natural moisture. During winter, it is crucial to not allow their skin to dry out as it might get cracked and cause a burning sensation. Applying mild lotion on your baby’s skin unceasingly is the answer.
Diaper rash: Diaper rash is something that is not at all a pleasant experience neither for a baby nor for the mom. Using high quality diapers is always on the top of the list for every mom but still diaper rash is one of the factors that every baby experiences. This can cause skin problems. Changing baby’s diaper frequently, patting their bottom dry, wiping their bottoms gently but thoroughly each time with baby wipes and letting them spend some time diaper-free are few of the answers. I have few new moms friends. For most of them, Pampers is the first choice for their little one’s skin.
Mom’s experience in their own words –
“Pampers is the ultimate protection which other brands can’t offer. It is the best tender care for my little one’s skin.”
Another satisfied mom says, “I am quite a satisfied customer of pampers. I have been using pampers since my daughter was an infant. No issues so far.”
What is the reason for their positive and satisfactory experience? – It is because “Pampers brings you the softest ever Pampers Premium Care Pants. Its cotton-like softness is #SoftestForBabySkin and allows it to breathe, thus keeping baby’s skin soft and healthy, and your baby happy. ”
