Working as a parent and kids life coach is deeply fulfilling—but it’s not without its emotional weight. Every day, we hold space for others. We listen with empathy, offer guidance with compassion, and do our best to be a steady support system for families in need.

But in doing so, we sometimes carry more than just their words. Their worries, fears, and struggles begin to settle into our own hearts. We care deeply—and occasionally, that care crosses the line into emotional attachment. We start thinking about their challenges as if they were our own.

In moments like these, having a powerful tool—something reflective, grounding, and insightful—can be our saving grace. It reminds us to pause, to breathe, and to gently return to our own center. Because while we walk alongside others on their journey, we must also walk steadily on our own.

Prakash Yoga of Brahma Vidya – The Unexpected Encounter

I enrolled in the beginner level course last year, and today, I find myself immersed in the advanced level. But let me tell you—this isn’t just a course. It’s a commitment, a conscious choice, a promise to oneself to live with awareness, clarity, and depth. It’s a path that leads you inward—to you—in your purest, most empowered form.

Prakash Yoga of Brahma Vidya, at its core, is the ancient science of the Supreme Reality—Brahman. But this isn’t about philosophy on paper. It’s about experience—about understanding the self, the mind, and the breath. Through simple yet powerful breathing practices and timeless wisdom, Prakash Yoga of Brahma Vidya helps release stress, still the mind, and sharpen your inner clarity

It was during the pandemic when online learning made this treasure accessible to many. My mother-in-law took the first step—completing both the beginner level and advanced level courses. I remember her happiness after every class. But she never disclosed the course content—and rightly so. Prakash Yoga of Brahma Vidya isn’t something that can be told. It must be experienced.

When I joined the course myself, I finally understood the reason behind her joy and also not disclosing the course content.

More Than A Course

From the very first session, I felt a shift—a gentle yet powerful wave of positivity. The breathing techniques, the meditative practices, the deep inner work—it all started aligning my thoughts and emotions. My perspective started expanding. Situations that once felt overwhelming now looked like opportunities. Challenges felt lighter. There was clarity where once there was chaos.

Even though everyone receives the same teachings, the meaning each person uncovers is deeply personal. That’s the magic of Prakash Yoga of Brahma Vidya—it molds itself to your journey, your questions, your life.

After completing the beginner level, I was drawn in completely. The curiosity had deepened, and even though the advanced level is a 2.5-year-long journey, it took me no time to say yes. And six months in, I can say this without hesitation—it has been one of the most fulfilling decisions of my life.

Impact of Prakash Yoga Of Brahma Vidya On My Work

As a parent and kids life coach, I work closely with people, emotions, behaviors. And here’s the truth—dealing with people is the most complex task of all. We are all bundles of thoughts, moods, beliefs, and wounds. And sometimes, listening to others’ struggles—especially ones you’ve never faced—can weigh heavily on your own mind.

But Prakash Yoga of Brahma Vidya gave me the strength to stay grounded, to listen without absorbing, to guide without draining myself. It brought emotional resilience, mental sharpness, and a deeper connection with the people I serve. I could show up better—not just as a coach, but as a human being.

If I can transform myself and make a difference in the lives around me, that would be the greatest Guru Dakshina I could ever offer to my teachers.

To anyone seeking peace, clarity, or simply a deeper meaning—know that Prakash Yoga of Brahma Vidya isn’t just knowledge. It’s a way of being. A way of living. And above all, a journey back to your truest self.
