Law of reversibility is way more powerful than Law of attraction. Our mind or emotional state is deeply affected by the situation we are in the people we are surrounded with. When we are in a particular emotional state, we act accordingly. That emotional state can make any happy situation sad and any challenging situation a learning experience. When we practice Law of Reversibility, we know we can have exactly what we want. It already exists somewhere what we sometimes call the field of unlimited possibilities.
Imagination takes place in your mind. Your conscious mind passes the information (your emotional state) about that image to your unconscious mind. The unconscious mind then signals your DNA to send the corresponding vibe to the universe. When you apply all your energies towards some goal, then the universe will make sure to give it back to you. But for this, you have to train your brain to imagine.

I am sure that you must have experienced the Law of reversibility on several occasions, but you were ignorant about it. For example, when we tell someone that everything will be fine. Or when someone is sick in your house, you keep telling your mind that s(he) will be fine soon. You look towards the positive side. You do not leave any stone unturned in taking care of them. And as a result, the person gets better. Now imagine if you keep thinking about how you will handle the responsibility or what will happen if anything unexpected takes place? Would you be able to take good care of the sick person? No. But when you motivate yourself with positive vibes, you can increase the power of this vibe by acting as if you already have what you seek. This is the Law of reversibility.
Negative emotions create negative situations / Positive emotions create positive situations.
Good feeling – Achievement and Achievement -Good feeling
It is in our hands to choose where you want to start. There are a few elements that will contribute to this internal change.
First is your breathing. We tend to breathe fast a short when we are anxious. So, do the opposite of this. Consciously breathe slow and deep (our normal pattern). It will automatically relax you.
Second is our posture: Our posture plays a significant role in our physiological state. Your head up, back straight, shoulders back, and chest open – all this will contribute to a confident and powerful feel.
It is an aphorism that suggests that by imitating confidence, competence, and an optimistic state of mind, a person can see those qualities realized in their real life.
Our brain is very smart, but it cannot differentiate between real and fake. So, let’s discipline ourselves to show a good and strong picture to our brains and help us face any challenging situation.

This is an interesting post, and the Law of Reversibility is something that one needs to give thought to. Your example about slow breathing makes sense, and in fact age-old practices like Pranayama are proof of this.

We’ve been doing this all. Along. But I didn’t know it had a term to it. We’ve all been brought up by learning to be positive when we are in a negative situation. I’m now able. To understand why.
Because that gives us hope. And sometimes that way of hope is what we need to fight the situation.
I have started realizing the power of good breathing and posture. Lately, I’ve been negative on a few things but after reading your post, I know what I need to do to reverse these feelings.
